Tricia Turner is an African-American photographer and director based in Los Angeles. She began her career as a makeup-artist and was inspired to further explore her love of image making after picking up a camera.

For her, connection is everything. She creates a space where her subjects feel free in front of the lens and captures genuine moments of optimism, confidence, and initimacy.

She has collaborated with brands and publications including Levi’s, Gap, Vogue Italia, Harper’s Bazaar, and The New York Times.
